Computer starts up. If I turn the power button on and off on the monitor, I get a pic for about 2 sec. then it is gone. So I have read some posts and one said to turn off the computer and restart and hit F8 for about 20-30 seconds which I did and the monitor came on and off several times but no longer than about 2 sec.
